We manufacture polyester area rugs in a wide range of qualities, yarn types and color palettes. Our production of PE rugs covers 1.25 – 4.00 kg/m² weight range with densities between 256,000 – 2,000,000 points and pile heights from 4 – 11 mm, depending on the selected construction.
We support up to 5-meter (17 ft) loom width, allowing production of large single-piece area rugs without stitching.
Our polyester rugs can be of Heatset, Chenille, Shrink, Shaggy and Print constructions.
Backing options include jute, synthetic jute, and cotton.
We can weave up to 12 colors in one design, while most complex classical patterns typically use 8 colors for best visual clarity and production efficiency.
PE Rugs Color Pallets
Polyester yarn offers the widest options of colors and finishes. Along with standard natural and pastel tones, shiny colors are also available.
We can weave up to 12 colors in one palette. Minimalistic patterns typically use 2-4 colors, while classical and dense designs use 8-12 colors.
All rugs are made with UV resistant PE yarn.

Polyester Shaggy Rugs Types
Shaggy rugs made from polyester yarn come in a very wide range of qualities and textures. Beside the classic long-pile, thick shaggy constructions, there are finer and more luxurious options such as Faux Rabbit Fur, Ultra-Soft Microfiber Shaggy, Maldives Sand Shaggy, Feather Plush, and many other specialty finishes.
Points vs Reed count in rugs
Some clients refer to reeds and picks density (common in Iran) while in Turkey we typically use points.

Requirements to production orders
For new productions, the minimum order is 2,000 m² (approximately 21,500 ft²) per selected quality.
The minimum order per design is 200 m² and 1,000 m² per color palette.
Average production lead time is 20 working days after designs confirmation.
Payment terms: 30% with order, 70% before shipment.
